Former Manchester United star Paul Pogba has reportedly delved into acting while contesting a four-year ban for doping.
The midfielder received the ban in February after testing positive for banned substance following a game for Juventus last August. Pogba has appealed the ban at the Court of Arbitration for Sport, maintaining his innocence and claiming he did not intentionally ingest the substance.
While awaiting the outcome of his appeal, Pogba has ventured into the world of acting. According to ESPN, he has been filming scenes for a French film titled “4 Zéros” in Paris.
The movie serves as sequel to “3 Zéros,” released in 2002, and is scheduled for release in April next year. Sources cited by French outlet Le Parisien praise Pogba’s performance as a youth football coach, stating that he “amazed everyone” on set.

If Pogba’s appeal is unsuccessful, he will be unable to return to football until 2027. Despite this setback, he remains determined to share his side of the story once he is “free of legal restrictions.”
In a statement issued after the ban was announced, Pogba expressed his disappointment and maintained his innocence, stating, “I have never knowingly or deliberately taken any supplements that violate anti-doping regulations.”
Pogba rejoined Juventus in 2022 on a free transfer after his second stint at Old Trafford. During his time with Manchester United, he contributed to their victories in the Europa League and League Cup. Additionally, Pogba played a pivotal role in France’s World Cup triumph in 2018.
