Ravichandran Ashwin is set to mark his 100th Test during the upcoming match against England in Dharamsala, a milestone celebrated with an exclusive chat on JioCinema titled “Spin Maestros ft. Ashwin.” Anil Kumble, former India captain and leading wicket taker, engaged in a candid conversation with Ashwin, reflecting on his career journey and the challenges faced by spin bowlers.

Despite facing challenges, he stressed his focus on helping the team win rather than personal success. He also highlighted how reflecting on his performance has helped him improve as a cricketer.
The conversation focused on how Ashwin works on getting better and always trying to be the best. He talked about how important it is to be critical of yourself and keep learning. He said bowlers should keep changing and improving their skills, no matter what type of cricket they play or what people say about them.
Looking ahead, Ashwin expressed optimism about the future of spin bowling, citing his own resurgence in white-ball cricket as evidence of the enduring relevance and effectiveness of finger spinners. He stressed the importance of hard work, repetition, and skill mastery in overcoming challenges and succeeding in the ever-evolving landscape of cricket.
