He could reach this milestone during India’s ongoing second Test against Bangladesh at Green Park in Kanpur. Since his Test debut in 2012, Jadeja has solidified his position as India’s first-choice all-rounder in the format. His recent performance in the first Test against Bangladesh in Chennai showcased his exceptional skills with both bat and ball, playing a key role in India’s comprehensive victory.
Jadeja is just one wicket away from entering the prestigious 300-wicket club. Achieving this feat would place him among an elite group of players who have taken at least 300 wickets and scored 3,000 runs in Test cricket. Currently, only ten cricketers have reached this remarkable milestone, including Indian legends Kapil Dev and Ravichandran Ashwin.
