Australia won the toss and opted to bat first in the third and final T20I of the Women’s Ashes series against England at Adelaide Oval.

Australia is on the verge of a white-ball clean sweep, having already won the ODIs 3-0 and the first two T20Is, leading England 10-0. A win in this match would secure a dominant series victory ahead of next week’s day-night Test at the MCG.
England, aiming to salvage some pride, made three changes to their lineup in a bid to get on the scoreboard. Maia Bouchier makes way for Alice Capsey, with Sophie Dunkley moving up to open and Capsey slotting in at No.3. Lauren Bell, who fell ill during the second T20I in Canberra, is unavailable, and Lauren Filer replaces her. Legspinner Sarah Glenn is also dropped, with left-arm spinner Linsey Smith coming into the team.
Australia made just one change, with Darcie Brown replacing fellow seamer Kim Garth in the playing XI.
