Floyd Mayweather Launches Charitable Initiative to Bring Birthday Gifts to Orphans in Israel

Floyd Mayweather, the undefeated boxing champion, has unveiled a heartwarming initiative to bring birthday joy to orphans in Israel. The newly launched project, named the Floyd Mayweather Israel Initiative, will see Floyd Mayweather’s “Floyd Mobile” travel across the country to deliver special birthday gifts to every orphan throughout the coming year.

In a social media post shared Sunday night, the former US national featherweight champion outlined his plans, expressing his commitment to supporting orphaned children in Israel. Mayweather announced the initiative shortly after attending the Standing Together event in Israel.

“Over the next year, every orphan in Israel will be visited by the Floyd Mobile and receive special birthday gifts,” Mayweather wrote. “To all the widows and orphans: keep your heads held high as we honor the cherished memories of those who have passed.”

Mayweather also extended his gratitude to Shai Graucher, the founder of Chessed V’Rachamim (also known as Standing Together), an organization that provides support to widows and orphans, among other charitable efforts, including assisting IDF bases and organizing trips for the bereaved.

Since the tragic events of October 7, Mayweather has spoken out in support of Israel. He was one of the first high profile figures to visit the country after the attacks and has consistently contributed to Israeli humanitarian efforts, including organizations like United Hatzalah and Magen David Adom.

The Mayweather Israel Initiative marks another significant step in the boxer’s ongoing charitable endeavors, as he seeks to spread positivity and support to those in need.
