Transfer Rumors: Manchester United Eye Atalanta’s Ederson; Key Targets for Top Clubs Revealed

Manchester United are closely monitoring Atalanta’s Brazilian midfielder Ederson, 25, as they seek reinforcements in central midfield. The Red Devils are giving serious consideration to making a move for the versatile playmaker.

Elsewhere, West Ham are leading the race to sign Brighton’s highly-rated Republic of Ireland forward Evan Ferguson, 20. With Leicester City and Southampton also expressing strong interest. Meanwhile, Southampton academy graduate Tyler Dibling, 18, could leave the club if they are relegated from the Premier League. Manchester United and Newcastle are reportedly keen on the young English midfielder.

Reports dismiss speculation linking Paul Pogba to Manchester City as false. Contrary to reports, the 31-year-old former Manchester United and Juventus star did not appear at City’s training ground.

Tottenham may revisit their past interest in Juventus midfielder Nicolo Fagioli, 23, whom West Ham, Fulham, and Crystal Palace are scouting. The Italian international could lean towards joining a club of Tottenham’s stature should they renew their pursuit.

Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain are frontrunners in the race to sign Lyon’s talented French midfielder Rayan Cherki, 21, with potential bids expected in January. Meanwhile, Real Madrid are growing increasingly confident of securing the signature of Liverpool’s England defender Trent Alexander-Arnold, 26, next summer.

Chelsea have identified RB Leipzig forward Benjamin Sesko, 21, as a potential target. Arsenal, who have previously held talks about Sesko, remain strongly interested, leveraging their good relationship with his representatives.

In managerial news, Southampton are considering Carlos Corberan and former Denmark manager Kasper Hjulmand to replace Russell Martin, though interim boss Simon Rusk will oversee their match against Fulham on Sunday.
