According to weather.com, there is a 94% chance of rain on Day 5, with an 83% likelihood of rain from the start of play. The weather is expected to clear up around 3:00 PM local time. If the rain continues until then, it’s unlikely the match will resume, and the 2nd Test could end in a draw. Despite this, Bangladesh would still celebrate their first-ever Test series win over Pakistan, as rain also washed out Day 1 of the match.

Summary of the 2nd Test So Far

In the Test so far, Pakistan scored 274 in their first innings after rain disrupted the first day. Bangladesh responded with 262, thanks to a century from Litton Das, after being 26/6 at one point. With a slim 12-run lead, Pakistan struggled in their second innings, scoring just 172. Bangladesh ended Day 4 at 42/0.
