Suryakumar Yadav to Give Harshit Rana His Debut? India's Likely XI for 2nd T20I

India is likely to maintain their successful combination from the first match. As the saying goes, “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” However, there is a possibility that Harshit Rana could make his debut, especially since he was part of the squad for the Zimbabwe tour but didn’t get a chance to play. Gautam Gambhir might consider replacing Washington Sundar with Rana to strengthen the bowling attack.

The opening pair will likely consist of Abhishek Kumar and Sanju Samson, while Riyan Parag and Hardik Pandya will anchor the middle order. Nitish Kumar Reddy and Rinku Singh are expected to manage the lower middle order. In terms of bowling, India may opt for three seamers: Arshdeep Singh, Mayank Yadav, and Harshit Rana. Varun Chakravarthy, who performed exceptionally well in the first T20I, will serve as the sole spinner.

India’s Probable XI: Abhishek Sharma, Sanju Samson, Suryakumar Yadav, Riyan Parag, Hardik Pandya, Nitish Kumar Reddy, Rinku Singh, Harshit Rana, Varun Chakravarthy, Mayank Yadav, and Arshdeep Singh.
