David Hussey, a former Australian all-rounder who currently heads Cricket Victoria’s men’s cricket coaching program, expressed his enthusiasm about the partnership. Jatin Paranjape, CEO of KheloMore and ex-Indian cricketer, stresses early cricket education’s significance for youngsters. This partnership between KheloMore Sports and the Melbourne Cricket Academy has several key objectives:
- Introducing Victorian Cricket Development Models: Young Indian players will be exposed to the proven training methods employed by the Melbourne Cricket Academy.
- Cricket Coaching in Schools: The collaboration aims to integrate cricket coaching programs into the curriculums of Indian schools.
- Coaches’ Certification Program: A coaches’ certification program will launch in July to systematically expand qualified cricket coaching opportunities.
