Hong Kong’s cricket history dates back to 1842, and the city has achieved notable success, with both its men’s and women’s teams ranked among the top twenty in the ICC. The Hong Kong International Cricket Sixes will take place at the Tin Kwong Road Cricket Ground. Cricket Hong Kong, China (CHK) is organizing the event, with backing from the Hong Kong Government.
After a seven-year break, the Hong Kong International Sixes promises to revive the excitement and passion associated with this fast-paced cricket tournament. Known for its rapid and thrilling format, the event has a storied history and has featured legendary players like Sachin Tendulkar, Shane Warne, and M.S. Dhoni.
Sanctioned by the International Cricket Council (ICC), the tournament will see 12 nations compete, including teams from cricketing powerhouses like India, Australia, England, Pakistan, and South Africa.
