The Tamil Nadu Cricket Association (TNCA) has announced that fans can enjoy free entry for the upcoming Test match between the India women’s team and the South Africa women’s team at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chepauk, Chennai.

India, led by Harmanpreet Kaur, recently dominated South Africa in a three-game ODI series with a clean sweep. The two teams will now compete in a one-off Test match. The TNCA stated that free entry is aimed at attracting more spectators to women’s cricket matches. Additionally, tickets for the T20Is between India and South Africa women will be priced at just INR 150.
To accommodate the fans, the C, D, and E lower stands will be open for free entry. If these sections reach capacity, the I, K, and K lower stands will also be opened to the public for free.
