Three players will make their T20I debuts: Jordan Cox, Jacob Bethell, and Jamie Overton. Salt, known for his explosive batting, will pair with Jacks, who adds valuable all-round capabilities. Jacks, a Royal Challengers Bangalore player in the IPL, can contribute with both the bat and occasional off-spin.

Cox and Bethell, both having impressive performances in The Hundred, will strengthen England’s batting lineup. Their ability to play impactful innings will be crucial against the Australian bowlers.

Jofra Archer will lead England’s bowling attack, supported by Saqib Mahmood, Reece Topley, and Adil Rashid. Archer and Topley will handle the new ball, while Rashid’s spin will be key in the middle overs. Sam Curran and Liam Livingstone add depth with their all-round skills.
