Jaiswal’s achievement underscores his exceptional form in the ongoing series, where he has already scored two double centuries. His consistent run-scoring has propelled him into the esteemed company of Indian cricketing greats, further solidifying his promising career.
While Jaiswal’s feat is remarkable, the world record for the most runs in a Test series belongs to Australian batting legend Donald Bradman. Bradman’s extraordinary performance saw him accumulate 974 runs in five Tests against England in 1930, with an astonishing average of 139.14, including four centuries.
