Luca Marini and his wife Marta Vincenzi have announced that they are expecting their first child.
In a heartwarming social media post, the couple expressed their joy: “Our love has brought forth life, soon to be three. Your mommy and daddy are eagerly awaiting your arrival. You are the greatest joy we could ask for.”
Marini and Vincenzi tied the knot last summer, with fellow VR46 MotoGP riders among the attendees.

This happy news in Marini’s personal life provides a welcome distraction from the initial challenges he has faced in his MotoGP career.
Since stepping in as the replacement for Marc Marquez at Repsol Honda and becoming a factory rider for the first time, Marini has encountered difficulties familiar to his predecessor.
Currently, Marini and Pramac’s Franco Morbidelli are the only MotoGP riders yet to score a single point after three rounds of the championship.
At the recent Grand Prix of the Americas, Marini experienced further setbacks, finishing as the last rider in both the sprint race and the main event, while the other three Honda riders failed to finish either race.
Despite these challenges, Marini, buoyed by the joyous news of impending fatherhood, remains focused on the upcoming fourth round of the championship at Jerez this weekend.
