Enoch Nkwe, CSA’s director of cricket, emphasized the significance of this series for their World Cup preparation. “This T20I series is crucial for our match practice, helping us refine strategies and ensure peak player performance,” Nkwe stated.

This tour marks South Africa’s second visit to Pakistan in just over a year. Last year, they played three ODIs and three T20Is in Pakistan. South Africa won the ODIs 2-1, while Pakistan won the T20Is 3-0.

Nkwe expressed gratitude to the PCB for their cooperation, noting that the series not only aids World Cup preparation but also strengthens the bond between the two cricket boards. “This series will enhance our players’ experience and inspire future cricketers. We anticipate a competitive series that will benefit both teams and elevate women’s cricket globally,” he added.
