R Ashwin Matches Kapil Dev’s Rare Record After Brilliant Fifty in 1st Test Against Bangladesh

Veteran all-rounder Ravichandran Ashwin achieved a significant milestone during the ongoing first Test between India and Bangladesh at M. A. Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai. Coming in at number eight, Ashwin showcased his batting prowess, striking a crucial half-century that placed him alongside Kapil Dev on an elite list of Indian cricketers.
