Pakistan won the toss and elected to bat first in the third and final T20I against Australia in Hobart. This match marks the last game of the tour before Pakistan moves on to Zimbabwe for another white-ball series starting later this week. The hosts have already won the first two T20Is, securing the series, and Pakistan, led by Salman Agha in place of the absent Mohammad Rizwan, is aiming to avoid a clean sweep.

Pakistan Bat First, Jahandad Khan Makes His Debut

Haseebullah Khan returns to the side as the wicketkeeper, while Jahandad Khan makes his international debut. Jahandad, a left-arm medium pacer and left-handed batter from Rawalpindi, has been impressive in domestic cricket, notably with Pakistan TV in the Presidents Cup and Stallions in the Champions One-Day Cup. He also played for Lahore Qalandars in the previous PSL season.

Australia, unchanged from the previous two games, will field the same XI. The Australian lineup includes Jake Fraser-McGurk, Matt Short, Josh Inglis (captain and wicketkeeper), Glenn Maxwell, Tim David, Marcus Stoinis, Aaron Hardie, Xavier Bartlett, Nathan Ellis, Adam Zampa, and Spencer Johnson.

Pakistan’s lineup features Babar Azam, Sahibzada Farhan, Haseebullah Khan (wk), Usman Khan, Salman Agha (captain), Irfan Khan, Abbas Afridi, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Jahandad Khan, Haris Rauf, and Sufiyan Muqeem.
