KL Rahul leads LSG to another win over RCB in BengaluruRCB, put into bat, got off to a blazing start with 53 runs in the first three overs. However, they lost momentum drastically in the middle overs, scoring just 74 runs and losing seven wickets in the next 15 overs. Their innings was revived only by Tim David’s late assault — 37* off 20 balls — pushing them to a competitive 163 for 7. Kuldeep Yadav (2 for 17) and Vipraj Nigam (2 for 18) choked RCB in the middle phase with tight spin bowling.

DC’s chase got off to a shaky start, slipping to 67 for 4 in 11 overs after early blows from RCB, who dismissed Faf du Plessis and Jake Fraser-McGurk. With their win probability dipping to just over 14%, KL Rahul, who had crawled to 29 off 29 balls, suddenly found his rhythm. Teaming up with Tristan Stubbs (38*), the duo put on a blistering 111-run stand in just 6.5 overs to turn the match around.

Rahul went on a rampage, smashing Hazlewood, Suyash Sharma, and Yash Dayal with ease. His late surge — 64 runs in his last 24 balls — flipped the game on its head. He sealed the win in style with a six over fine-leg, stamping his authority on his home turf.

Despite a fast start and strong support, RCB suffered their second home defeat, while DC marched on with their fourth consecutive win.
