Just ahead of the tournament, the senior player has made a significant investment by acquiring a lavish Mercedes-Benz Maybach GLS 600, valued at ₹3.25 Crores.
The news of Ajinkya Rahane latest addition to his collection of luxury vehicles surfaced through the celebrity account Viral Bhayani, which shared a photo of Rahane and his wife alongside their new acquisition. Ajinkya Rahane car collection already boasts the BMW 6 Series, purchased in June 2022 at ₹69 Lakhs. Additionally, he possesses a Mercedes GLS 350 D 4MATIC, Audi Q5, and Maruti WagonR.
Despite Ajinkya Rahane recent exclusion from India’s Test side after the West Indies tour, he made an attempt to regain form in the Ranji Trophy without much success, scoring 112 runs in five games with an average below par at 16. Nevertheless, Rahane’s team, Mumbai, advanced to the next stage of the competition, setting up a clash against Baroda on February 23rd in Mumbai.
