Solo Leveling Season 2 -Arise From the Shadow- has unveiled the preview for Episode 11 (Episode 23 overall). In Episode 10, Jinwoo impressed fans with his skills against Ryuji Goto. However, the real battle is just beginning as the Jeju Island Raid arc intensifies with the birth of the Ant King.
Studio A-1 Pictures is animating the series, with 13 episodes confirmed this season. Crunchyroll is streaming the anime. Episode 11, titled “It’s Going to Get Even More Intense,” will premiere on Saturday, March 15.
The preview images hint at the arrival of Ant King Beru, who was also seen in the recent Solo Leveling: ARISE trailer. Alongside Beru, the Ant Queen and several S-Rank hunters appear. Initially, the S-Rank hunters seem to dominate the battle, but their advantage is short-lived. A human-sized, winged ant-like monster with a black exoskeleton suddenly emerges, turning the tide. The hunters soon realize they are the hunted. Facing an overwhelming force, they are pushed into a desperate struggle, leading to the climactic showdown.
Based on the webtoon by Chugong and DUBU from REDICE Studio, Solo Leveling follows Sung Jinwoo, the world’s ‘weakest hunter.’ After finally curing his mother, he hopes for some peace. However, with chaos brewing on Jeju Island, he may have to step in soon.
The anime continues to be a fan favorite. It was voted Most Anticipated Anime of Winter 2024 and won Best New Anime at the Winter 2024 Anime Awards. Its second season was also the Most Anticipated Show of Winter 2025. Fans can expect intense action as the Jeju Island Raid reaches its peak.
