My Hero Academia: Vigilantes has revealed its main trailer, three new character visuals, key art, and its opening theme artist. Toho Co., Ltd. released the latest trailer, featuring the opening song “Kekka Orai” by Kocchi no Kento, known for the viral hit “Hai Yorokonde.”
The anime is set to premiere on Monday, April 7, streaming exclusively on Crunchyroll worldwide (excluding Asia). New episodes will be released weekly, following the same-day broadcast in Japan.
The newly revealed visuals showcase Kuin Hachisuka (voiced by Sayaka Sembongi), Soga Kugizaki (voiced by Kohsuke Toriumi), and Naomasa Tsukauchi (voiced by Tokuyoshi Kawashima, reprising his role from the main series).
Previously introduced visuals included the three main characters, who also received individual trailers, along with familiar heroes from My Hero Academia. The current voice cast includes:

- Yasuhiro Mamiya as Knuckleduster

Jump Festa ’25 announced My Hero Academia: Vigilantes as a prequel to the My Hero Academia anime, based on Kohei Horikoshi’s manga. Hideyuki Furuhashi, Betten Court, and Horikoshi created the spin-off manga, which ran from 2018 to July 2022 with 126 chapters.
Crunchyroll’s Chief Content Officer, Asa Suehira, expressed excitement about the spin-off, stating:
“My Hero Academia has captivated fans for nearly a decade, and Vigilantes brings a fresh perspective. We’re excited to partner with TOHO and bring this highly anticipated series to audiences worldwide.

Synopsis:
