Juventus have received positive news regarding Dusan Vlahovic’s injury scare after the striker limped off during Serbia’s 0-0 draw with Denmark on Monday evening. Following the match, Vlahovic returned to Turin and underwent a thorough medical check-up at the club’s JMedical center on Tuesday morning.
The tests confirmed that the 24-year-old forward has not sustained any serious injury, and Juventus has assured fans that his condition will be monitored on a daily basis moving forward.
In an official statement, the club confirmed, “Following the left thigh muscle discomfort experienced during the match with his national team, Dusan Vlahovic underwent diagnostic tests today at JMedical. The tests ruled out any injuries, and his condition will be monitored daily.”
With no significant injury detected, Vlahovic is expected to be fit for Juventus’ upcoming Serie A clash against Milan at San Siro on Saturday, barring any further setbacks.
However, Juventus manager Thiago Motta still has several injury concerns to address. Key players such as Bremer and Juan Cabal remain sidelined for the season due to cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries. Additionally, Douglas Luiz, Arkadiusz Milik, and Vasilije Adzic are also unavailable for the crucial fixtures ahead.
Juventus will be hoping that Vlahovic can stay fit and contribute to their efforts in Serie A as they continue to battle for top positions in the league.
