Dhanashree Verma, wife of Yuzvendra Chahal, celebrated in Mumbai after India won the T20 World Cup in Barbados on June 29. In a video shared by Bollywood reporter Viral Bhayani, Dhanashree expressed her joy about India’s significant victory, emphasizing her unwavering belief in the team from the start. She appeared thrilled while discussing the success of the Men In Blue.

Chahal’s inclusion in the squad, despite not playing, was a strategic move by captain Rohit Sharma. Rohit had hinted at this decision earlier, revealing that the strategy behind selecting four spinners would become clear during the tournament’s second leg in the West Indies. Kuldeep Yadav’s inclusion in the latter half of the tournament proved fruitful as he took 10 wickets in five games with an economy rate of 6.95, making a significant impact.
In the T20 World Cup final against South Africa, India posted a challenging total of 177, largely due to a strong partnership between Virat Kohli and Axar Patel. India faced tense moments during their chase that seemed precarious, but their determination and resilience prevailed, leading to a hard-fought 7-run victory.
