Reports suggest that Manchester United has identified Jarred Branthwaite as their primary transfer target and is optimistic about securing the Everton defender’s signature by the end of June.

Old Trafford Revamp Plans
During Manchester United’s Fans’ Forum, Chief Operating Officer Collette Roche outlined two potential stadium redevelopment options.
Roche explained, “The first option entails redeveloping the current stadium, primarily focusing on constructing a new world-class South Stand and refurbishing the remaining stands.”
She added, “Alternatively, constructing a new stadium on our current footprint could significantly increase capacity and provide a world-leading stadium experience for fans, players, and stakeholders.”
A taskforce is currently evaluating the project and is expected to provide recommendations later this year. Additionally, plans for Old Trafford’s summer improvements include the expansion of rail seating.
Fernandes’s Gesture for Debutant Wheatley
Following Manchester United’s win over Sheffield Wednesday, Bruno Fernandes revealed his efforts to assist debutant Ethan Wheatley during the match’s closing minutes.
Expressing his desire to support the young academy player, Fernandes remarked. “I tried to create an opportunity for him because I know it’s a significant moment for him. Although I couldn’t provide the assist, I attempted to set up a goal for him. Albeit with some haste towards the end of the game.”
