India spinner Kuldeep Yadav made an early breakthrough in the fifth Test match against England at the HPCA stadium in Dharamsala, claiming the first wicket for his team.

Despite England winning the toss and opting to bat under clear skies, their openers Zak Crawley and Ben Duckett formed a solid partnership of 64 runs.
However, the momentum shifted when captain Rohit Sharma introduced Kuldeep into the attack. In his very first over, Kuldeep dismissed Duckett, who was looking well-set after facing a barrage of dot balls.
Duckett’s attempt to attack Kuldeep’s delivery led to a top-edge, which Shubman Gill brilliantly caught at cover, sending Duckett back to the pavilion after scoring 27 runs off 58 balls.
As of the latest update, England’s scoreboard stands at 100/1 after 25.1 overs, with Crawley batting at 61* and Ollie Pope at 11*. Despite this partnership, India’s bowlers, led by Kuldeep’s early breakthrough, have set the stage for an intriguing Test match.
