The anime adaptation of the WITCH WATCH manga is set to premiere on April 6, following a special three-episode theatrical release on March 16. As the broadcast debut approaches, the official WITCH WATCH accounts have now unveiled the English dub cast and a new trailer for the magical comedy series.

Kenta Shinohara’s Shonen Jump manga (SKET Dance) comes to life under the direction of Hiroshi Ikehata (TONIKAWA: Over The Moon For You) at Bilbury Animation Studios. Deko Akao (The Case Study of Vanitas) handles series composition, Haruko Iizuka (Horimiya) designs the characters, and Yukari Hashimoto (A Sign of Affection) provides the music.
Crunchyroll will simulcast the anime and describes its plot as follows:
Morihito Otogi, a high schooler from an ogre lineage, enjoys a peaceful life until his childhood friend, Nico, moves in. A witch-in-training, Nico selects Morihito as her familiar. Nico feels thrilled to reunite with her longtime crush, while Morihito must protect her from an impending calamity. Between Nico’s unpredictable magic and the awkwardness of living together, their daily lives quickly spiral into supernatural chaos, ultimately leading to a series of comedic and magical misadventures.
