Clay Guida, one of the most enduring figures in mixed martial arts, has officially been removed from the UFC roster after a storied career spanning nearly two decades. Guida made his UFC debut in 2006 at UFC 64, securing a Submission of the Night award with a victory over Justin James. Over the years, he became a staple of the lightweight division, renowned for his relentless energy, grit, and ability to put on unforgettable fights.
In 2007, Guida delivered one of the most iconic battles in UFC history against Roger Huerta, earning widespread acclaim and recognition as Fight of the Year. A year later, his epic clash with Diego Sanchez further cemented his legacy and eventually earned him a place in the UFC Hall of Fame.
