UFC Fighters Celebrate Bitcoin’s Historic $100k Milestone

Bitcoin has reached a major milestone, crossing the $100,000 mark, sparking excitement across various communities, including UFC fighters. Since its inception in 2009, the cryptocurrency has been a subject of debate. But its recent success has silenced many skeptics and earned the admiration of fighters within the MMA world.

Former UFC fighter Ben Askren was among the most vocal in celebrating Bitcoin’s surge. He posted multiple times on social media, expressing his enthusiasm for the digital currency’s rapid growth. “$100k baby,” Askren cheered, adding, “You idiots need to understand, Bitcoin is the greatest money human beings have ever invented. And you need to get on this train or you’re going to get left behind. $100k baby, let’s go!”

Darren Till, a former UFC title challenger, also joined in on the celebrations, reminding followers that he had predicted Bitcoin’s rise months ago. His post reflected his ongoing support for the cryptocurrency, urging fans to pay attention to its potential.

Renato Moicano, a longtime Bitcoin supporter, was another UFC fighter who shared his excitement about the milestone. When news broke, his close friend and fellow MMA veteran, Gilbert Burns, took to social-media to remind Moicano of achievement.

Cris Cyborg, widely regarded as one of the greatest female fighters in MMA history, also shared her thoughts on Bitcoin’s success, marking the occasion with a brief celebratory message.

While many UFC stars didn’t post personal reactions, several shared or reposted others’ messages, showing widespread support for Bitcoin’s rise. The UFC and MMA community have long been advocates for the cryptocurrency, with many fighters publicly endorsing its potential.

Recent political events have further fueled Bitcoin’s remarkable journey. Since Donald Trump’s election as the 47th President of the United States, Bitcoin has surged by over 50%, adding to the growing interest in the digital currency.

As Bitcoin hits this monumental $100k milestone, fighters like Ben Askren remain optimistic about its future, speculating that the possibilities for the cryptocurrency are limitless. The MMA community’s continued backing suggests that Bitcoin’s journey may just be beginning.
