[Watch] Miller Hits Three Back-to-Back Sixes off Nortje

David Miller, renowned for his explosive batting, lived up to his reputation with a formidable display of power-hitting in the much-anticipated 40th match of IPL 2024 between the Delhi Capitals (DC) and the Gujarat Titans (GT), leaving the crowd at the Arun Jaitley Stadium spellbound.

Noticing Nortje straying outside off-stump with the next ball, the left-handed Miller capitalized flawlessly, launching a towering six over extra cover with effortless ease. A dot ball followed, but Miller wasn’t done yet.

Unleashing his vintage power-hitting, Miller smashed the fourth and fifth deliveries of the over for consecutive sixes, sending the GT fans into a frenzy. Moreover, the sheer brutality of his six-hitting spree had everyone on their feet. Additionally, a couple of runs from the final ball propelled him to a well-deserved fifty, reigniting GT’s hopes in the improbable chase.

Sadly, Miller’s fiery innings ended suddenly in the next over as Mukesh Kumar gave DC an important breakthrough, getting him out for a good 55. Even though he got out, Miller’s aggressive batting had really lifted GT’s spirits and added fresh energy to their chase. The match was still very close, with no clear winner yet.
