This statement comes after RCB’s defeat against the Mumbai Indians, where their bowlers conceded a massive 198 runs, ultimately falling short in the chase.
Brian Lara highlighted the importance of a comprehensive RCB batting strategy. He stressed that with their current bowling challenges, setting higher run targets becomes crucial. He acknowledged the lack of form in both batting and bowling, emphasizing the need for a stronger bowling attack to complement their batting prowess.
Looking deeper, Brian Lara analyzed the bowling performances of Reece Topley and Mohammed Siraj. He suggested they are not effectively executing their game plans and failing to exploit weaknesses.
