In a surprising twist during the opening day of the second Test between India vs South Africa at Newlands in Cape Town, a remarkable batting collapse unfolded. Despite India appearing comfortable at 153 for four in match India and South Africa , Kagiso Rabada claimed Virat Kohli’s wicket, initiating a collapse in the subsequent over. In a rapid sequence, a mix-up between Mohammed Siraj and Prasidh Krishna led to Siraj’s run-out, followed by Krishna’s dismissal on the next delivery. This sudden turn of events resulted in India’s total collapse, as they were bowled out for 153 in 33.5 overs, securing a lead of 98 runs.
